We have an exceptional opportunity for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Organization. This role is a contract role for our talent acquisition team and will help identify, attract and deliver candidates for client Legal business. You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills combined with your relationship management ability to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. You will utilize online sourcing strategies and searches along with networking events and communities to feed your pipeline repositories.

Responsibilities:

Effectively source and screen licensed practicing attorneys for editorial/content positions for our Practical Law division in New York City
Create Sourcing Strategies in accord with recruitment partners and Talent Acquisition/HR Directors to achieve organizations short-term hiring goals.
Appropriately screen candidates and provide background summaries in accord with expectations.
Utilize your deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines
Build outside relationships with specialty organizations.
Use in-house databases, ATS and maintain data integrity of all information
Other Talent Acquisition duties as deemed necessary

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 plus years experience research/recruiting/Sourcer (search, agency or corporate)
Successful cold calling and interviewing experience at all levels of a corporation
Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting process
Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment
Internet savvy of web 2.0 tools and techniques and mining databases
Compelling writing skills
Prior experience recruiting with/from the legal field; preferably within mid-market and large law firms
Cloud mining a plus
AIRS Certified a plus
Data scrapping, mining, and processing knowledge a plus
