Projektbeschreibung

The role is responsible for sourcing high quality passive candidates from the external market place for assigned Function/Discipline/Region. The role works in partnership with Recruiters (peers) to agree, determine and execute sourcing strategies for niche skills sets and hard to fill external vacancies.

Knowledge/Skills requirements
- Knowledge of passive candidate sourcing methodologies
- Track record of identifying and engaging high quality, diverse candidates for niche/scarce skill-sets
- Experience of volume, full cycle recruitment in a complex organisation
- Use of market intelligence to inform successful sourcing strategies
- Ability to quickly engage passive candidates, understand key career aspirations and articulate a compelling candidate proposition

Experience
- Experience of successfully sourcing passive candidates across multiple disciplines and geographies

- Competent in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience of working within defined recruitment policies and practices
