Talent Recruitment Consultant

My client based in Dundee is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to be based in Scotland. This is a rolling contract and ideally they are looking for someone as soon as possible.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

*Extensive experience in "hands on" corporate recruiting including management of recruiting programs, sourcing, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, immigration policy, legal & compliance issues

*Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of web technologies including infrastructure (web server apps, domain ownership and DNS, web services & dynamic languages), user of tracking and statistics.

*Extensive existing contact network within the recruiting and multiple industries as well as knowledge of current recruiting trends.

*In-depth understanding of the IT industry and experience recruiting senior level candidates.

*Experience with Competitive Intelligence research techniques, analysis and reporting methods.

*Hands-on experience delivering effective recruitment training.

*Strong Written, verbal and presentation skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience with full life cycle Recruiting or candidate research/sourcing experience
*Background in IT or Technical recruiting
*Advanced understanding of and experience with Internet Research techniques
*Experienced in sourcing and qualifying candidates in the software engineering space
*Software application experience to include MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Internet
