This extremely high profile financial services organisation require a Talent Manager with significant expertise as a subject matter expert. The organisation has recently gained the ability to have much more authority in their activities and as such are embarking on three areas of change. HR Transformations, structural transformation and cultural transformation.
In their new HR model they require Talent Management expert to take responsibility for the development of the organisations Talent agenda.
Successful individuals will be well qualified Talent specialists with a wealth of experience in blue chip organisations that have significant change agendas. You must be a Talent expert rather than an L&D generalist.
The role is based in Canary Wharf five days a week. Rate to £600 per day for an initial six month contract.
