My client is one of the largest and most widely respected pharmaceutical companies in the world who employ over 3,500 people across 8 sites in the UK.

A temporary opportunity has arisen within the HR Department based at their headquarters in Frimley (GU16 7SR) for a Talent & Leadership Development Manager. This role will be for approximately 14 months to cover maternity leave.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management and Organisational Development, the successful candidate will:-

* Project manage the UK & Ireland's participation in the Global Engagement Survey for 2013 (Survey will be run in March 2013).
* Support the Head of TM & OD to prepare, submit and present the annual Organisational Talent Review (OTR) submissions.
* Coordinate the UK & Ireland Leadership Team Talking Talent activities.
* Facilitate and enable HRBPs to run Talking Talent sessions with client groups, utilising Learning Agility potential toolkit including New Generation Leaders & New Manager onboarding.

Experience Required:

* Experienced in Talent & Leadership Development role within a multinational company.
* Track record with talent management strategy and processes as well as leadership development.
* Strong change management and organisation design skills.
* Good project management & business partnering skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
