A leading global Investment Bank is looking for a Talent Acquisition Global Product Specialist to work closely with many areas of the Talent Acquisition department to identify the streamlining of policy, process and systems. This is a contracting opportunity paying a highly competitive daily rate based in London.
The successful candidate must a worked on change/implementation projects within the Talent Acquisition Department with in Investment Banking or Capital Markets and has lead new system implementation, creating business requirements and managing governance models and change request processes. You will be developing strong relationships with many areas of the bank including Talent Acquisition Regional Heads and SME's, Talent Acquisition Vendors as well as Legal, HR Risk Management and Compliance.
