GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity in Ann Arbor, MI for a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist. This would be a Ten month contract to start out.

Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist/Social Media Guru

Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist provides macro level engagement with job candidates through social networking tools and technology, while representing and promoting the Company Health employment brand. In addition, this role will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of our job descriptions and for working with local market organizations to further drive our employment brand awareness. The primary goal of this role is to establish and maintain relationships to help proactively fill the talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:
-Partner with talent acquisition and marketing to further develop our employment brand.
-Utilize existing social networking tools to promote new jobs, communicate the positives of working for
-Company Health and answer follower questions about working for or applying to opportunities.
-Leverage expertise to identify and deploy additional social networking tools that should be utilized by Company Health.
-Identify and building relationships with organizations local to our key markets to promote new opportunities with Company Health.
-Identify and provide marketing support for career fairs.
-Work with key internal stakeholders while leveraging external market research to enhance our job descriptions.
-Document all recruitment marketing processes, materials and credentials for inclusion into the talent acquisition book of knowledge.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism or business administration.
-3+ years experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism or a related field.
-3+ years experience creating, deploying and maintaining social media strategies.
-Experience working within a talent acquisition team a plus.
-Experience writing/enhancing job descriptions to increase candidate identification and engagement a plus.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.
-Exceptional attention to detail with strong sense of self-motivation.
