The Talent Acquisition Support Partner gives both logistical and MI support to the Talent Acquisition team.

The TA support partner has an important role to play in supporting the logistical arrangements surrounding all candidate appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- MANAGE/CO-ORDINATE CANDIDATE & HIRING MANAGER LOGISTICS: Responsible for the arrangement and co-ordination of all candidate interviews
- ADMINISTRATION OF APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM: Support TA Management by performing administrative tasks on the ATS such as creating candidate records, documenting notes, moving candidates through selection process, rejecting candidates.
- TRAVEL MANAGEMENT: Support Talent Acquisition team in making Travel arrangements
- AD-HOC ADMINISTRATION: Support Talent Acquisition team in any other ad-hoc administration tasks
- CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE: Champion the "Every candidate a customer" mentality and ensure this culture dominates the TA agenda in the segment
- 3RD PARTY SUPPLIERS: Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies relating to candidate interview scheduling.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong Administration experience, ideally in a Corporate environment
- Experience of Talent Acquisition administration a significant advantage
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
