Our client, an online gaming giant, is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in London, initially on a 4 month contract.

Working closely with Hiring ManagersTime to Hire, Direct hiring & Candidate satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Stakeholder management - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners & other HR teams.
- Candidate sourcing - Provide tailored candidate shortlists in response to specific recruitment assignments. Use full variety and scope of candidate attraction options to drive relevant candidate traffic to the client. Proactively approach relevant high level talent using a variety of networking techniques. In addition manage external agency relationships to support hiring needs when required.
- Talent Pooling - Using our CRM tool, proactively create and maintain pools of candidates for high turnover/tough to fill and strategically identified recruitment needs.
- Candidate management - own relationship with all candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment life cycle from initial screening to offer & rejection.
- Candidate Experience - Champion the "every candidate is a customer" mentality and ensure this culture is inherent in everything we do.
- Supplier Management - Build & maintain strong relationships with external recruitment suppliers in order to drive their success
- Quality of Hires - Ensuring the selection process is conducted in the correct manor with an emphasis on recruiting to High Performance.
- Market mapping - Monitor industry trends and provide regular and timely market updates to segment business & HR teams on external companies and relevant developments.
- Recruitment Tools - Ensure all information is accurately stored in our Applicant Tracking System & CRM recruitment tools on a Real Time and consistent basis.
- Reportingsourcing activity per role/market intelligence.
- Value add projects - support the TA team in identifying and delivering projects to add value across the business.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Exceptionally rounded recruitment experience, working across a range of junior to senior appointments gained in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment
- Proven ability to source candidates through strong telephone skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills at multiple levels across a range of functions within a Matrix structure
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and creative resourceful thinking skills
- Will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity and collaborate across many segments of the business
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Degree level or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a high level recruitment, preferably having worked either within an internal recruitment team or a top recruitment organisation
- Experience of working with corporate Applicant tracking systems or an alternative candidate management system
