RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the internal and external job posting process to ensure consistent and fair practices are adhered to.
- Schedule all onsite candidate interviews and phone screens using remote technology
- Manage the onsite interview process
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates with online travel agency
- Track all travel and interview expenses
- Manage the TA invoicing process
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and best practices related to recruitment, hiring and employment.
- Manage the onboarding, scheduling and background checking processes.
- Serves as primary point of contact and coordinator for the talent acquisition team for any onboarding, scheduling and applicant processing needs.
- Works directly with outside vendors and AP for invoice discrepancy resolution, ensuring prompt and accurate payment of invoices
- Set-up new vendors and manage receipt and retention of W-9 forms
- Lead and participate in special projects
SKILLS
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Global onboarding and scheduling experience a plus
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the applicant tracking software (ATS) functionality, Taleo.
