Role
To manage the acquisition of talent for professional, volume, technical and graduate hires, covering the broad range of roles and professions across the group. Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from initiation to end delivery covering internal/external recruitment campaigns, temporary appointments and permanent hires. To work within specific directorates aligned financial business plans to offer and deliver defined resourcing service to agreed service level, unit costs, candidate care standards and client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications (Academic/vocational)
* Degree qualified or equivalent or relevant experience
* CIPD qualified/member (desirable)
* BPS Level B (desirable)
