Talent & Acquisition Manager - Airline Group

My Client a Leading Airline based near Heathrow is looking for a Recruitment consultant for 6 months to recruit across the business.

Rate: £275 a day

Contract: 6 months but will extend

Location: Heathrow

- Expertise in recruitment delivery for volume and professional hires
- Proven accountability for full campaign delivery
- Expertise in direct sourcing approaches across a range of professions and industry sectors
- Expertise in innovating & creating social media marketing via various channels
- Gravitas to manage stakeholder up to senior management clients
- Proven strategic resource planning short, mid & long term
- Experienced in using psychometric assessment tools
- Knowledge of employment law and other relevant regulatory policies and procedures
- Proven ability to work under pressure, to defined timescales and budget
- A high degree of professional and personal flexibility
- Management of effective working relationships including 3rd party supplier relationships
- Process improvement experience within area of expertise
