For client, a pharmaceutical company based in Zug, we are looking for an xperienced:

Talent Acquisition Manager

The Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist will partner with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & HR Business Partners to support senior business clients in building bench strength for key regional leadership and niche roles.

Responsabilities:
Sourcing and Selecting the Best Talent to Build Bench Strength
* Partner with regional Talent Management, HR and business leaders to assess the current state of pipelines of successors for key leadership and niche roles
* Conceptualize, develop and execute plan of action for talent pipelining and mapping strategies in partnership with key stakeholders
* Identify potential candidates by using all available candidate sources - both internal and external
* Partner with business & HR clients to build and maintain candidate relationships
* Giving expert advice to HR Business Partners and Recruiters on pipelining strategy

Execute Talent Acquisition Services
* Manage end to end recruitment process for select vacancies
* Manage regional scale up projects as required

Essential
* Proven track record as an in-house sourcer/recruiter or executive search consultant
* Life sciences recruitment experience
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining talent pipelines
* Proven track record delivering high quality service to senior clients

Essential
* Strong relationship management experience
* Ability to understand business needs and translate into actionable plans
* Ability to creatively leverage different sourcing channels
* Project management experience
* Highly organized through handling multiple day to day tasks in a fast paced environment

Essential
* University Degree in Life/Social Sciences, Business Admin. or equivalent
* Fluency in English

Candidates MUST have. 3-5 years in a HR talent acquisition, HR Manager or Business Partner role. Demonstration of a strong track record of providing in house sourcing and selection of talent at all levels of an organization. Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure high quality service delivery. Extensive experience of using direct sourcing channels. Management of the end to end candidate selection process. Highly organized through handling multiple day to day tasks in a fast paced environment. High quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
