Talent Acquisition Lead EU wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University Degree in a relevant field with at least 7 years of full-life cycle recruiting and HRBP experience
- Several years of working experience with leading teams, managing projects or service delivery, and business process management via ERP systems
- Very good organization skills as well as the ability to be a solutions partner, inform and shape strategies and decisions, and to leverage market intelligence in a Matrix organization
- Strong understanding of identifying and implementing recruiting best practices and the urgency with high level of accountability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully influence senior stakeholders
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborating with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure best practices sharing, standardization of processes and improving of service levels
- Conducting delivery of recruitment services in the EU-region
- Developing and implementing talent strategies and projects within the regional Talent Acquisition Team
- Managing business stakeholder groups to help delivering the best in class recruitment services
