TALENT ACQUISITION/INTERNAL RECRUITER - LONDON - £220 A DAY

A global consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Internal Recruiter for an initial 3 month contract with likely extensions.

This role is for an experienced and relationship-focused recruiter who will take responsibility for designing, implementing and managing effective sourcing strategies that deliver top interim Talent.

Your responsibilities will comprise of the following:

. Work with Talent Supply Chain and hiring managers to understand the precise talent requirements of clients.
. Source potential candidates and develop a pipeline of appropriate talent through direct channels, web searches, networking and active data mining.
. Devise and implement methods to attract and retain passive talent that can be used for short term requirements.
. Build and maintain a database of viable talent and help position individuals against key temporary skill gaps.
. Collate analysis and adapt sourcing strategies based on Market intelligence to support recruiting plans.
. Master the use of Internet and social media networks as a means to source active and passive candidates, including tools such and Linked-in and Facebook to source candidates.
