TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as subject matter expert and administrator on Applicant Tracking System while ensuring integrity of the data
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to craft offer letter and prepare the hiring team to extend an offer.
- The role of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to support the Factory HR Business Partners with the full-cycle hourly recruitment process.
- Act as subject matter expert and administrator on Applicant Tracking System while ensuring integrity of the data through tasks including entering requisitions, tracking applicant flow, closing requisitions when position is filled or search is closed.
- Provide support for external recruiting efforts by posting jobs on Client's website and external sites, proactively monitor the success of utilized websites for candidate quality and volume, and provide thought leadership on current and potential job board posting options.
- Stay current, active and up-to-date on designated vacancies and provide reports, data and coaching to Recruiters and Hiring Teams as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a sense of urgency while managing the background check process which includes drug tests, employment verification, and interfacing with third party vendors.
- Own all aspects of candidates' interview process including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, interview itinerary, pre-interview paperwork and overall candidate experience.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to craft offer letter and prepare the hiring team to extend an offer.
- Attend job fairs or recruiting events as needed.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- The qualified person must be comfortable communicating on the phone and in person with varying levels of clients, customers and candidates
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or related field required.
- One to two (1 - 2) years related work experience in recruiting hourly manufacturing employees is highly preferred. Related internship experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking System experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and organization skills as demonstrated by previous experience or projects that required managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with and manage expectations at all levels for internal and external stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate for this role must be able to manage multiple priorities, be highly organized and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- The qualified person must be comfortable communicating on the phone and in person with varying levels of clients, customers and candidates
- The successful candidate will have a Laser like focus on detail, time management and possess strong customer service orientation.
