Talent Acquisition Coordinator

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Creating, issuing and governing the return of employment offers
- Creating and maintaining offer management and talent acquisition SOP's
- Initiating, governing and managing risk review meetings for background screening for all new hires
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers and third parties during the offer management and pre day one process.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of global process improvement plans which are filtered through from the US for EAME

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced with Visio and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to use your initiative to drive and deliver your responsibilities
