Tacacs Project Developer

We are currently looking for a consultant to help us out in the implementation of a central authentication platform to manage network device access.
The most important skills we are looking for are experience with Tacacs+ and Radius authentication protocols and being able to work on RHELv7 systems.
Business context
As a managed network services provider we deliver several managed services to enterprise ICT customers through our Remote Operations Center.
Customers typically are banks, government organizations and large companies.
Managed services typically include 24/7 data network health and performance monitoring and reporting, incident management, device configuration backup management, and device access management.
Additionally, a 24/7 security monitoring and reporting, and security analysis can be offered to customers.
Organizational environment
Our team is responsible for engineering and administering the applications that allow the ROC to provide these managed services.
In this context our team of 6 developers and application specialists closely collaborates with other teams for the deployment of these applications in the secured ROC environment.
Project context
A first version of this new central authentication platform has been setup, and a first customer is taken into operations, supporting a first set of network device types for authentication against this central platform.
The next project tasks are to improve and extend the current setup :
to improve the ease of operations and maintainability
to ensure compliancy with the ISO27K security certification requirements
to extend support to more network device types
to rollout the solution for all our ROC customers
to migrate a number of ROC customers currently authenticating via a previous generation authentication platform to this new solution
to extend support to the use of the Radius protocol for devices that do not support the Tacacs+ protocol
to implement a central GUI to ease the authentication configuration
