TABLEAU GUI SPECIALIST

I am urgently looking for a Dutch speaking Tableau GUI specialist to join my clients team in Amsterdam. This is a 12 months+ contract with an industry leading financial client.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

- Work in a cross-functional agile/scrum team environment with Developers and BA specialists to execute software projects
- Creating Tableau reports by using Denodo and/or SQL Server Database
- Integrating Tableau reports with customer Java-applications
- Develop and integrate the clients GUI into the Tableau reports
- Exposure to enterprise and application level data profiling, architecture, modelling, and analysis
- Solve problems, analyse and weigh alternatives and determine the appropriate course of actions
- Be involved with all aspects of these tools: infra, security, platform, technical and functional

PROFILE (DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)

- Bachelor degree
- Proficient in English and Dutch (verbal and written)
- General understanding of data architecture and relational database environments
- Tableau 3+ years' experience creating reports & generating extracts
- Having an agile mind set, fast to adapt constant changes and feeling comfortable with it
- Focused on what is most important at all time, realizing when to change the game plan and when to stick to it
- Good social and communication skills
- Preferred is knowledge of application development for DWH and reporting/dashboards
