We are looking for a T24 SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join a challenging environment for a long term contract
THE ROLE
As member of the development team, you will be responsible for ensuring T24 application support and providing daily maintenance.
You will be involved in the system enhancements, upgrades and ensure problem management as well as participating in user acceptance test stage
You will provide user training on the different application modules and you will be responsible for managing the associated documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- Very good knowledge of T24
- Very good ability to provide user support
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of JBase OR strong interest in learning development tasks
- English: Fluent
- French: Fluent
