T24 BUSINESS ANALYST

T24 Business Analyst is urgently required for our leading client. The T24 Business Analyst will be responsible for collect and manage business requirements, to create and harmonize Business Requirement Definitions, to work closely with internal customers and ensure that the business requirements are appropriately translated to Temenos T24 functional specifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collect and analyse customer business requirements and transform them to the form of T24 Business Requirement Definition document.
- Control completeness and consistency of customer requirements.
- Harmonize business requirements among different departments of the bank.
- Define customization needs for T24 core banking and related systems.
- Perform customization of T24 system in case it can be done with settings.
- Create functional specification for the development team.
- Validate the final product against functional specification.
- Introduce implemented functions to customers and coordinate User Acceptance tests.
- Perform other duties consistent with status of business analyst.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- 10+ years financial information technology experience required with at least three years in the similar or related capacity.
- Experience with various aspects of Business Analysis including but not limited with the following: business requirement gathering techniques, requirements management for development, customer support and software testing projects
- Deep understanding of financial and banking processes in T24: Accounting, Internet Banking, Collaterals, Credits, Money Market, Position Management, Securities etc.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently on tasks and delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- MS degree in Computer Science.
- Strong working knowledge of software architecture design and knowledge of software life cycle principles.
- Willingness to work beyond regular work schedule when needed to fulfil the demands of the position.
