T24 ARCHITECTURE TEAM MEMBER (CONTRACT)

Our client is an international bank located in Zurich.

This position is within the bank's new Core Business Design Team (CBDT). The successful candidate is expected to execute architecture tasks.

Tasks

- Organise architecture workshops
- Coordinate and plan required Temenos resources with PMO
- Coordinate other team heads
- Involve other teams, SMEs and application responsibles on a need driven approach
- Provide guidance and direction to all parties involved
- Assure the synchronization of the results with the responsibles of the TOM Target Operating Model
- Assure re-usage of all documentation from the APAC project
- Prepare the decision documents for the decision bodies
- Ensure high quality of architecture documents
- Define and coordinate high level GAPs
- Gatekeepers for the selection of relevant gaps
- Review of the sensible classification of gaps into must, should, nice-to-have.
- Ensure high quality of high level GAP descriptions and solutions as basis for the cost estimation
- Resolve & escalate (if necessary) cross-team issues
- Frequent coordination with other team heads
- Collaboration with PMO to keep track of decisions
- Definition of the As-Is Architecture
- Definition of a common reference architecture (terminology, high level processes, scoping of T24 coverage)
- Definition of future process flows on a high level (eg trade/execution flows etc.)
- Definition of the business architecture
- Definition of the integration architecture
- Definition of guiding principles
- Decision preparation of adjustments in/replacements of satellites
- Definition of new application requirements
- Definition of the assumed and final future architecture landscape

Requirements

- Previous work experience in a similar role in the Banking and/or Financial Services environment
- Strong architecture understanding/expertise
- Expertise of T24/TAP preferred
- Good general Private Banking expertise
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive, resilient and reliable personality
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm.

Start Date is 01.02.2015

The assignment duration is planned for 12 MONTHS.
