We re looking for candidates with IT Systems Generalist experience in a Corporate Environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Work with various IT infrastructure initiatives related to Desktop Services
- Build/run tasks for desktop services, for example: PC encryption, backup, IT asset management, data loss prevention, etc.
- Provide Metric/Data Reporting and Defect Remediation

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-4 years IT experience in IT process (design, build, run)
- CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+
- Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software and Internet directory services software
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Outstanding ability to prioritize and meet multiple aggressive project deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the Business, inside and outside of IT
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent training/education required
- Must work on site in Fairfield

DESIRED:

- Experience in project management
- SQL server/database experience a plus
- Experience working in a culturally diverse, global, enterprise environment
- Previous experience working with technology services environment
- Emphasis on metrics/simplification/lean/automation
