Systems Support - Level 2 - Cloud Operations (S32)

Finite IT's client is a large telecommunications and managed service provider, operating a cloud infrastructure environment where you will be able to work with a diversity of equipment and technology.

With an excellent training regime and the capacity for you to progress internally the current team are among the best in the industry and as such you will need to keep pace, providing level 2 support to their clients, you will ideally possess the following:

- You will have as a minimum, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS or MCITP
- Working experience and knowledge of Linux, Solaris (10)
- VCP, or solid understanding of VMWare and virtual environments
- Oracle's enterprise server environment and Windows Server (2008)
- work well in a team and be open to a 24/7 rotating roster

On a personal level you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as the team communicate via a variety of methods, you will cater to customer incidents on an end to end basis and assist the customers, partners and business units with troubleshooting incidents and provide a clear outline as to current state of play in the environment at hand-overs.
