Systems Support Analyst Level 1/2

Our client is a well recognised global brand looking for a 1st/2nd Level Systems Support Analyst.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide 1st and 2nd level infrastructure services support in Oceania ASEAN as well as occasional support ASPAC wide.
- Assist activities of other service team members
- Provide first line of support of the service desk operation over telephone and email
- Log and track Remedy tickets
- Provide server Workstation laptop printer support infrastructure
- Provide printer toner monitoring, tracking and order.
- Manage backup systems consisting of tape library and different tape drive technologies.
- Manage PC leasing and asset management systems. Provide 1st & 2nd level PC infrastructure
- Manage software license, tracking, auditing and procurement through organisation's UAT workflow.
- Administer Regional Active Directory
- Assist with AS400 infrastructure support, including controllers and various printers.
- Assist in working with vendors.
- With Communication/Network systems - Support Oceania Network Infrastructure (LAN/Wireless/Internet) - with assistance of Team Leader
- Assist Team Leader maintaining Avaya PABX systems across ASPAC.
- Manage Remote Access Services in Oceania (remote access token administration)
- Manage and support financed DSL/Wireless broadband services and Routers for designated staff

COMPETENCIES

- At least 3 years IT experience in helpdesk/infrastructure services supporting role
- Highly motivated team player with a good attitude to learn
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, friendly and approachable
