We're looking for someone who shares our approach to excellent customer service to join our Student Contact Service Team. The team supports and develops systems used within the Marketing, Pre-Enrolment and Student Services business areas of the University.

Working alongside other Systems Support Analysts and Systems Support Specialists, you will undertake systems configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, support, maintenance and administration. There will be a focus on project based work for the 12 months.

You should have extensive experience and good technical understanding of both large and medium sized corporate systems. You should also have experience of working to agreed standards, reporting progress to stakeholders and taking responsibility for delivering high quality documentation.

The ability to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues at all levels is essential. For this reason, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people. You will also have the ability to work effectively as part of a project team, sharing information and providing support for colleagues.
