WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide daily system help and support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of various global quality tools.
- Troubleshoot system problems with users and work with them to solve the issues, as well as with IT and the software vendors when necessary.
- Perform a number of daily administrative duties, such as user security management, updating website content, system data changes, etc.
- Assist with configuration changes to the global quality tools.
- Assist with software validation.
- Assist with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports, documentation, and testing activities.
- Assist with the development of training materials.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Some experience working in a support capacity
- Professionalism and reliability
- A positive attitude
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with helpdesk ticket systems
- Experience with workflow management tools
