Systems Specialist - TFS/R+D - Denmark

For a global company based on site in Denmark we are looking for a new Systems Specialist, you will be part of the Global Research & Development Department.

EVOLVE AND ELEVATE R&D TOOLS AND SYSTEM PROCESSES
Your mission will be to support the R&D developers in their work by maximizing the value of the IT tools. As such, you provide the functional framework and conduct system training, system upgrades as well as continuously seek to optimize our processes.

Specifically, you will be working with:
Team Foundation Server: Research & Development collaboration platform (Microsoft)
Market Support Tool: Development issue resolution (Remedy by BMC)
Focal Point: Portfolio Management and Time Registration (IBM, Unicom Global)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and coordinate process and system changes
Support R&D organization in use of the tools as needed
Plan and execute application upgrades
Light application configuration updates
Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve issues that arise and escalate issues if necessary

TECHNICAL/COORDINATION SKILLS
Light project management knowledge to plan and execute upgrades
Strong root cause analysis
System admin Scripting
Data Base Administrator/architecture
Microsoft server admin
Knowledge of .NET framework

Initial 6 months + contract

Start date 22nd June
