Systems Selection Consultant

Finance Systems Selection Consultant required for a London based Media and Communications organisation. The organisation are at the very beginning of an exciting period of change and require an experienced Finance professional to lead the evaluation and selection exercise of a new finance system to consolidate multiple entities onto a single, group wide application. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of existing financial processes, controls, and accounting standards across the group to allow the organisation to develop a holistic, As-Is view of the current architecture. The outputs of this will aid the successful candidate in the development of the overall business case. You will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders and the wider finance community to not only generate support and buy-in but also gather and document requirements. Following this you will be tasked with conducting the vendor analysis of potential suppliers. In order to be successful, candidates will need experience of evaluating and selecting finance systems for small to medium companies, incorporating the feasibility review of multiple Finance and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions. Candidates must be a Qualified Accountant with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong business acumen and the gravitas to not only liaise, but influence key stakeholders.
