Systems/Network - Team Leader (S17)

My client has an immediate need for a Team Leader of a small Systems/Network team to join their team on a contract basis.

This role will be responsible for managing 4 staff including 2 Neywork Security Engineers and 2 TRIM administrators. This role will be hands on technical as well as requiring the leadership and management of engineering staff.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE:- - 2 - 3 years experience in the management of small - medium teams of technology professionals
- 5+ years current, hands-on experience in Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of network/systems security principles and technologies including Firewalls (this client uses Juniper devices), Mimesweeper and ISO27001
- Exposure to Bluecoat devices, Novell and Linux would be a valuable plus for this role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must for this role as are the ability to interview and start immediately.

This is a contract role looking  be able to start immediately. You will need have a strong mix of hands on technical experience and people management experience within the IT systems and network space.
