Systems & Network Administrator

- 3 MONTH CONTRACT
- TO START MID OCTOBER 2012 UNTIL MID JANUARY 2013
- BASED IN SOUTH EASTERN SUBURBS

Our client operates a very successful and niche business. They are currently seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to join their team. This position will see you support and maintain both their LAN and WAN environments.

Technologies you will support include:

- Windows Server 2003/2008
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2003/2010
- VMware vSphere 4
- SQL 2005/2008
- Juniper networking devices
- Dell SAN

In addition, you will also be responsible for the administration of the phone system.

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience working in a similar role, where you have supported both LAN and WAN technologies. Solid experience across Windows, AD, Exchange and VMware a must. Exposure to both SQL and SAN also required. Experience specifically with Juniper would be a bonus, but is not essential as long as you have solid experience with other networking devices (Routers, Switches and Firewalls).

You will also need to have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and have the ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment.

Great opportunity to secure a contract that will see you into January 2013. Client will be conducting interviews next week (ready to make an appointment and have the successful candidate begin mid October 2012).
