Systems Integrations Technician

We are seeking a SYSTEMS INTEGRATION TECHNICIAN will be responsible for providing high-quality Vendor Management, Global Service and Process Team membership and Regional Client Services support for users located for the America's region client end users.

Support for users in the "office applications and office-environment" plus Enterprise and Factory Applications will be provided. This person will also work on special applications, configuration, testing and documentation projects as required. This position will be delivering solutions and support to both technical and non-technical end users while also supporting a wide range of global technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Regional Client Services (50% - 60%)
- VIP Support for special customers
- Special Assigned Projects
- Creation and processing of business purchase requisitions
- Assist with resolution of technical Microsoft Office Suite application issues (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, etc.)
- Other Client Service Responsibilities as assigned:
- Non-Standard Hardware (Zebra Printer, MFDs, Mobile Equipment,)
- Non-Standard Software
- Support site specific User-Requests according to and based on client standards

Global Service Teampreferable experience in Enteo and Maximo or similar systems
- Preferable certification in Microsoft Technology Specialist, Microsoft Office Specialist
- Good team worker, highly self-motivated, and strong self-confidence to work independently
- Strong customer oriented attitude and process oriented thinking with understanding of the ITIL methodology
- Very good English spoken and written skills
