Systems Integrations Tech Citrix

*THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GLOBAL CITRIX SERVER ENVIRONMENT, AND QUALIFICATION DOCS/PROCESSES.*

OVERVIEW

- Provide high-level support for Citrix based server and Workstation infrastructure.
- Responsible for resolving all issues at hardware and operating system level on the Windows based server park.
- Operate support tools such as Sitescope, Opsware and HPIM.
- Lead projects on server support activities (tool deployments, tool upgrades).
- Utilize approved processes and toolsets to maintain software, firmware, and patch levels, as needed.
- Troubleshoot Citrix server hardware/software problems and follow established procedures to detect, diagnose, repair, and report server-related issues.
- Install new software releases, systems upgrades, and evaluate patches.
- Evaluate new Citrix server technologies and tools to remain current with industry trends and practices.
- Assist in Citrix technology refresh projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Requires technical degree or equivalent IT experience
- 4-5 years of Citrix server administration experience
- Metaframe XP, Presentations Server 4.x, 5.x, XenApp 5.x W2K8 server, NetApp OnTap experience
- SAN experience desirable but not mandatory
