Systems Integration Manager

Role purpose:
To work with the a number of disparate teams to identify owners of systems and services and to ensure a schedule of change to these systems is produced, that the changes are validated before being applied in a controlled customer facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for all technical project deliverables.
To work with individual development, support and operational teams to ensure changes are understood and implemented in a timely manner.
To ensure that all changes to my clients systems are validated before they are transitioned to the live environment. Where relevant to work with the test service to agree scope, cost and timescale for testing of individual changes.
Assist the team in identifying and tracking risks.
To work with operational and change management governance teams to propose and agree a delivery/implementation schedule.
To ensure the configuration is managed.
To ensure that Project technical Go-No Go calls are held as part of the governance process.
Responsible for ensuring project technical deliverables arrive within agreed scope, quality, timelines and cost using project management tools and methodologies
Responsible for holding regular team calls.
Responsible for accurate and timely project reporting.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Demonstrable System Integration / Technical Project Management experience across a number of projects with a focus of managing disparate teams in a challenging environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly across the organisation
Experience of implementing and managing change in a software development environment
Strong planning and presentation skills
