SYSTEMS INTEGRATION DEVELOPER - CORE INSURANCE SYSTEMS

Currently sourcing multiple experienced Systems Integration Developers within Insurance or finance systems to work for a Norwegian Insurance company based in Oslo.

Responsibilities

- You will manage and assist with the development of NICE (Core Insurance System) for insurance, web interface along with the day to day IT support requests and issues
- You will assist in the building, development, maintenance and testing of web-based systems

Applications and tools:

- NICE (Core Insurance System) for insurance. Developed in RPG, maintained internally by Eika. The customer will consider candidates with experience from other core insurance systems
- WEB interface for internal users. All software/functionality is dynamically generated in NICE e-insurance
- Client applications for end-users on JAVA platform integrated with NICE core insurance system via HTTP server and XML on IBMi
- SQL and qry
- RDi (Rational Developer for i)

Platform:

- IBM iSeries

Desired skills:

- System development and programming. 7 years ++++
- Experience from IBM iSeries
- Higher education from IT
- Experience from complex systems
- Should have experience from insurance or finance
