Systems Integration and Test Engineer Job

SOFTWARE INTEGRATION AND TEST ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Melbourne, FL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Two to three (2 - 5) years Engineering experience
- Two (2) years in Systems Integration and Test of software systems
- Testing of web services

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Verify and trouble shoot mission products and systems for the aviation industry including enterprise messaging/data exchange, weather and flight planning applications.
- Understand test cycle, system requirements, and traceability.
- Develop and clearly write detailed test plans, test procedures, test result documents, configuration procedures and site maintenance manual.
- Assess system performance against stated requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with focus on Software, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering..
- Java or C++.
- Experience with networking, Linux and Windows Servers.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knows white-box testing.
- Has previous experience in coding/software.
- Can work in a Linux environment.
- Knows Scripting for testing.
- Best if knows/can work in an Agile environment.
