Systems Engineer/Systems Architect

I am currently seeking a Systems Engineer/Architect to work with my client based in the Surrey area on a rolling 6 month contract. My client specialises in the provision of in wheel motor drives and is therefore seeking an experienced engineer to join their expanding team.

Some key information regarding the vacancy is as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement system designs according to safety critical standards using SysML.
Perform requirements and traceability analysis.
Perform system analysis.
Produce outline designs and determine feasibility.
Produce engineering reports and presentations to management.
Ensure that Electric design processes are followed.

Required Experience

Candidates must have experience of using IBM Rhapsody or a similar UML/SysML tool.
Candidates must have experience of using Dassault Reqtify, DOORS or a similar requirements analysis tool.
Candidates must be familiar with writing and analysing system requirements.

Please note that as well as providing a consultancy role to my client for the set up of this model based systems, candidates must also be willing to undergo "hands on" tasks when required.
