Salary: £50,000 + (DOE) + Attractive Benefits

Progressive are currently working with one of the leading critical safety companies based in the southwest of England who are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join an existing team of systems engineer that are currently developing existing systems on projects that are used within the MOD.

This role has arisen due to my client being successful in winning several projects that had led them to implementing a rather aggressive expansion plan to help them remain competitive.

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following skills:

- 5-10 Years of systems experience
- Degree Qualification/ equivalent in systems design
- Sonar experience
- Writing proposals
- Negotiating with subcontractors
- Designing new systems for integration into existing and new products
- Modifying existing systems
- Must be eligible for security clearance
- Previous experience of working or having contact with MOD/ BAES
