Systems Engineer/Network Managed Services/ITSM

Our client sits within managed services and is one of Australia's fastest growing System Integrator/IT Outsourcers, servicing the Australian mid-market. Recently awarded for their exceptional working culture, our client is now looking to expand the team due to rapid growth.

Successful candidates will have a background in managed services, industry qualifications and proven experience in client facing roles.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Configure, install and maintain Routers
- Configure, install and maintain Firewalls technologies such as Cisco ASA series, Juniper, Watchguard, Checkpoint, Fortinet and others.
- Configure VPN points
- Configure, install and maintain Switches - Cisco,HP
- Configure, install and maintain Wireless network - Cisco
- Perform performance troubleshooting
- experience with Arbor (threat detection) is highly desirable

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Industry based technical certifications (eg Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, EMC, Cisco, HP)
- Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment
- Working knowledge of ITSM service delivery concepts
- Prior experiencing with consulting services
- Exposure to Telecommunications concepts (Data/Voice)
- Experience in existing mainstream Scripting languages
- Comprehensive experience in core enterprise applications
