SYSTEMS ENGINEER is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client in MELBOURNE, FL.

What You'll Be Doing:
- System Engineer responsible for design, development and delivery of LTE Long-Range Networking Radio
- Successful candidates will specifically understand the LTE network layers, LTE Evolved Packet Core, Operations and Maintenance and Provisioning aspects, for a new commercial product.
- Analyze and generate systems requirements including collecting inputs from Customers.
- Perform cost/benefit analysis to determine most cost effective architectural and implementation approach to meet requirements.
- Develop concept of operations, design, and implementation plans.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status.
- Conduct and participate in risk assessments, design reviews, and working groups.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Expert knowledge in the design of evolved packet core for LTE networks.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of mobile network experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of practical LTE experience.
- Minimum two (2) years direct experience with deploying LTE networks.
- Expert knowledge in mobile network Operations, Maintenance and Provisioning.
- Proficient understanding of 3GPP LTE call-flows.
- Proficient understanding of LTE authentication, HSS architecture, and APN Strategies
- Proficient understanding of MME selection and pooling, and Serving Gateway and PDN Gateway selection.
- Proficient understanding of LTE priority, pre-emption and QoS implementation.
- Knowledge in cost-optimizing core wireless networks.
- Knowledge in IP Networking and technologies (TCP/IP, Layer
- 2/3 concepts, HTTP, DNS.
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technologies, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least fifteen (15) years of experience is required.
- Expert knowledge in Core Networking Architecture and Protocols (Radius, diameter, tunneling, 3GPP standards).
