Outsource UK Ltd is actively seeking to recruit for a Hardware Systems Engineer for a 6 month contract on behald of Our Engineering client who creates avionics/flight/electro mechanical systems for aircraft.

Our client requires a Hardware Systems Engineer and the successful candidate will be responsible for the definition, allocation and management of customer requirements, systems integration and fault finding. You will also be responsible for the validation to prove that the system meets its requirements and demonstration of compliance to customer requirements.

Finally you will also be responsible for the certification of design within the domain area of Flight Controls, Aircraft Displays or Electro-Mechanical Systems.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proven Hardware Engineer with experience of the full life cycle and validation and certification of hardware design
- Experience with aviation and/or electro-mechanical systems
- Experience in industry standard tools such as DOORS and MATLAB would be beneficial.
- Applicants should be strong team players, energetic and success orientated, with good interpersonal skills and good communication.
- They should have a degree or equivalent with broad practical experience in Electronics and Systems Engineering.

This is a 6 month contract role and is commutable from M2, M26, Gillingham, Canterbury and Maidstone.
