The successful candidate will have the below skills:
Full Systems and Software Engineering life cycle models (especially Agile).
Understanding of one or more of the following, and experience of integrating them as a part of a system of systems:
Radar.
Weapon Systems.
Tactical Datalink Systems (Link 16 primarily).
RF Communications.
MoD Acquisition life cycle.
COTS hardware integration, build and configuration management procedures.
Candidate will be self-starter, willing to lead small packages of work, liaise with other non-engineering disciplines as well as the customer, both Procurement and End User representatives.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting proceedure.
