SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Currently we are looking for a SYSTEMS ENGINEER to join our client's team in Zurich.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

- Design, Deploy, and Support Automated ETL jobs for a variety of Data Source types within the existing framework.
- Support and maintain the scheduled jobs and data Import definitions and transform maps within ServiceNow
- Documentation - Design, monitoring and Implementation documents
- Assist and mentor the support teams in problem resolution and drive for constant correct shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong Perl experience (essential)
- Hands on ETL experience (asset)
- JavaScript (asset)
- ServiceNow knowledge (asset)
- Identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues
- Demonstrated experience with databases, including SQL programming, preferable Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server environment
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business analysts, solution architects, project managers and development teams.
- English essential, German would be an asset.
