The UK Mission Planning & Control Solutions team has an increasing workload supporting both export and domestic customers. The current key activities are on Mission Planning and Target Modelling products, and the integration of Storm Shadow Mission Planning to Typhoon.

We are seeking a team member with a good understanding of the System Design process, and a particular interest and experience in the development and delivery of training Users on complex systems.

A typical development life cycle for the Mission Planning products is 2 years, so this is an opportunity to experience the full product life cycle. As a team member you will be required to establish and demonstrate positive relationships with the Project lead, Customer and User communities, the clients team in France, and the Software Engineering team that are producing the product.

Skills and Knowledge:
Understanding of the principles of Systems Engineering is required.
Solid experience and interest in training Users on complex products is required.
An active enquiring mind, the willingness to be flexible and responsive to changing needs, and determination to achieve is required.
The ability to work with a broad range of team members and other interested parties is essential.
