Systems Engineer

Our direct fortune 500 client is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer. You will be responsible for providing and supporting the technical infrastructure and platforms that support business systems. It is a 12 month contract with extensions highly likely.

Required:

This particular request is for a Linux Engineer - required experience includes:
Linux Operating System (Oracle, RHEL)
Oracle Clustered File System
Web Application Services (HTTP, Java, SSL, Tomcat, Weblogic)
File Sharing & Storage Admin (Automount, LVM, NFS, RAID) Kernel & System Configuration (Ksplice, LKM, modules, PROC/sysfs, sysctl),
Oracle on Oracle (AIO, ASM, HugePages, Kernel params & resource tuning),
Networking Technologies (Bonded Interfaces, Load Balancing, TCP/IP, VLAN's),
Troubleshooting Tools (log analysis, io/mp/net/vmstat, OSWatcher, sosreport, tcpdump),
Server Provisioning and Software Distribution (Anaconda, scripted installations/configurations, rpm/yum) Security(iptables, OpenSSH, PAM)"
