Systems Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer to work within the Design Engineering Team for a client of mine based in Suffolk. Salary is paying up to £40,000.

My client manufacturers medical devices, used in the diagnosis, monitoring and management of medical conditions.

You will work with a variety of stakeholders in the business to define, realise and validate new and innovative diagnostic instruments, reliability improvements, upgrades and cost reductions in-line with the Healthcare Point of Care strategy.

To be considered for this role you should have experience in the following:

* Systems Engineer with experience of at least 5 major project cycles in an Systems Engineering role (Electronic or Software).
* You will have a product development background; however medical experience is not a requirement but is desirable
* Experience of producing functional flow block diagrams (FFBDs)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in team environments
* A understanding of statistical techniques for engineering analysis.
* Willingness to travel, particularly to US and China (on an infrequent basis).
