SYSTEMS/DATA ANALYST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - FELTHAM - CIRCA £237 PER DAY

My client a leading FTSE 100 energy company is looking to recruit a Systems/Data Analyst on an initial 3 month contract based in Feltham. The ideal candidate must have experience working as a Systems or data analyst role on at least 2 projects or assignments (preferably for blue chip clients), including working in complex, diverse and multinational organizations and ideally have HR or Recruitment process experience.

THE ROLE

The System and Data Analyst is responsible for working with subject matter experts and application functional experts to define and support the implementation of and enhancements to the global resourcing process and systems. They will also work with in-country teams or other areas (eg graduates) to understand local requirements and agree any localisation that may be required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Systems or data analyst role on at least 2 projects or assignments (preferably for blue chip clients), including working in complex, diverse and multinational organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly.
- Excellent at analysing complex processes and developing global solutions.
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and business process mapping tool skills, including Microsoft Visio
- Experience of process design related to implementing packaged software/SaaS desirable.
- Experience of hands-on testing of proof of concept solutions.
- Experience of applicant tracking systems desirable.
- HR/recruitment process experience preferred.
- Good facilitation skills and getting results through working with others (strong interpersonal skills).
