Systems Biology Scientist (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop scientific communications material ranging from abstracts to posters and videos
-Knowldedge of systems biology and big data analysis
-Engage with scientific stakeholders across the globe (through travel and electronic conferencing)
-Take accountability for annotation of data such as transcriptomics (gene expression profiles and contrasts, proteomics (proteins abundance profile and contrasts), histopathological data (images) and DNA methylation (DNA methylation levels/methylated DNA sequences)
-Provide support with website design using HTML and Drupal

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-PhD in molecular biology, toxicology, bioinformatics or systems biology
-Excellent communication skills in English
-Detail-oriented, responsive and able to multi-task
-Knowledge of the sbv IMPROVER project
-Post-doctoral experience
-Industrial experience in a large project
-Experience in external communications
-Good publication record
-Project management experience
-Highly skilled in Adobe Suite applications
