Our client is an international operating Service Provider. For the location Berlin we are looking for a Systems Development Manager - Backend/ Database Development (m/f) for an unlimited permanent position.

Systems Development Manager - Backend/ Database Development (m/f)

Location: Berlin

Type of contract: unlimited permanent position direct with our client

Your key tasks:

* You will report to the IT Leader
* You will lead a team of about 12 systems engineers which care for systems analysis and designs, technical coordination
and project management, facilitation of SCRUM projects, release management, incident handling, root cause analysis
etc.)
* You will be responsible for the efficient cooperation of the team with stakeholders like Business Analysts, Solution
Architects, Developers and Testers as well as functions across Technical Operations, Project Managers, Business
Support and Service Delivery
* You will consider existing principles, directions, and standards in your workt or apply new ones where they are needed
* You will lead and coordinate the team considering constraints of timelines, project budgets, resources etc.
* You will take care of the visibility of status and progress of activities as well as risks

Your profile:

* Several years of professional experience in systems integration and application development (e.g. SQL, Oracle, Scrum,
Frameworks)
* Several years experience regarding systems/application development and maintenance in complex and heterogeneous
environments
* Minimum about five years technical management and staff responsibility
* Deep knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks, processes and its interdependencies with
software engineering
* Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
