Systems Architect Contract

My Client, a leading financial services institution in Dublin City Centre is actively looking for a Senior Systems Architect with expertise in both Solutions and Enterprise architecture.

Looking for candidates with 10-15 years industry experience with 5+ years experience as a Systems Architect for Applications in a large enterprise environment. Candidates should have worked within a defined architectural methodology such as TOGAF and Zachman, or a similar industry standard, and have strong process skills.

Successful candidates will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of solutions for Application and Infrastructure Projects. They will also be actively relied on to participate and advise during the implementation of these projects to ensure successful deployment and transition to the production environment.

Candidates should have experience in most but not all of the following technologies:

OS: AIX, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux

Relational Databases and data warehousing technology - in particular SQL Server & Oracle

Cisco networking

Authentication: IBM TAM/TIM, Active Directory, SunONE LDAP, PINGFederate

eBusiness applications using J2EE (WebSphere/Weblogic) and .NET technologies
